Refugees for Justice is a campaigning group established after the Park Inn Hotel tragedy in Glasgow on 26 June 2020. We are refugees, people seeking asylum, and community members demanding justice, accountability, and change.

The system is not just broken, it’s costing people their lives.

Our Demands:

Justice

All our fellow Glaswegians — including people seeking asylum and refugees, staff, and wider community members — whose rights have been violated will receive justice, care, and compensation.

Accountability

Those who have failed to protect our safety, welfare, dignity, and well-being must be held to account.

Change

Those in power must acknowledge their failures and work to change the policies and practices that resulted in broad injustice and human rights abuse.
